Please follow these steps in this order if you are having trouble pairing the Stalker Sports App with your Stalker Sport radar gun.

(Please note: The Stalker Sport App only works with the Stalker Pro II+ and Pro IIs at this time)

 

Problem – How do I fix the wireless connection between the app and the Pro II gun if my iPhone/iPad becomes disconnected? 

Note: The Pro II gun will only pair to one iPhone/iPad at a time. If you have connected the Pro II gun to another iPad/iPhone previously, the wireless pairing could be interrupted, especially if the second iPhone/iPad is within range of the gun. 

 

Solution 1: Turn “Off’ Bluetooth on your second iPhone/iPad.  

If needed, restart the Pro II gun and iPhone/iPad to refresh all settings. 

 

Solution 2: Eliminate secondary wireless pairings. 

1. On your second iPhone/iPad, navigate to “Bluetooth” menu. 

1. Locate “Stalker ProII 1234”, click the blue “i” icon, then select “Forget Device”. 

1. If needed, restart the Pro II gun and iPhone/iPad to refresh all settings. 

 

Solution 3: Reset Pro II gun pin number.  

1. Power on gun. 

1. Once you see “BALL”, press “MENU”. 

1. Once you see “RANGE”, long press for 3 seconds. 

1. Once you see “LOW”, short press “MENU” until you see “WIPWD” and press “SELECT” OR “RECALL” to change 4-digit pin. (Note your new pin.) 

1. Squeeze trigger to save changes. 

1. If needed, restart the Pro II gun and iPhone/iPad to refresh all settings. 

 

 

Solution 4: Enable Pro II Gun wireless mode. 

If someone mistakenly changes your Pro II wireless mode settings you can reset it back to wireless pairing mode. 

1. Power on gun. 

1. Once you see “BALL”, press “MENU”. 

1. Once you see “RANGE”, long press for 3 seconds. 

1. Once you see “LOW”, short press “MENU” until you see “WI EN” and press “SELECT” until it changes to “APP”. 

1. Squeeze trigger to save changes. 

1. If needed, restart the Pro II gun and iPhone/iPad to refresh all settings.
