Troubleshooting The Stalker Sport Radar App
Problem – How do I fix the wireless connection between the app and the Pro II gun if my iPhone/iPad becomes disconnected?
- Solution 1: Turn “Off’ Bluetooth on your second iPhone/iPad.
- Solution 2: Eliminate secondary wireless pairings.
- Solution 3: Reset Pro II gun pin number.
- Solution 4: Enable Pro II Gun wireless mode.
Solution 1: Turn “Off’ Bluetooth on your second iPhone/iPad.
- If needed, restart the Pro II gun and iPhone/iPad to refresh all settings.
Solution 2: Eliminate secondary wireless pairings.
- On your second iPhone/iPad, navigate to “Bluetooth” menu.
- Locate “Stalker ProII 1234”, click the blue “i” icon, then select “Forget Device”.
- If needed, restart the Pro II gun and iPhone/iPad to refresh all settings.
Solution 3: Reset Pro II gun pin number.
- Power on gun.
- Once you see “BALL”, press “MENU”.
- Once you see “RANGE”, long press for 3 seconds.
- Once you see “LOW”, short press “MENU” until you see “WIPWD” and press “SELECT” OR “RECALL” to change 4-digit pin. (Note your new pin.)
- Squeeze trigger to save changes.
- If needed, restart the Pro II gun and iPhone/iPad to refresh all settings.
Solution 4: Enable Pro II Gun wireless mode.
If someone mistakenly changes your Pro II wireless mode settings you can reset it back to wireless pairing mode.
- Power on gun.
- Once you see “BALL”, press “MENU”.
- Once you see “RANGE”, long press for 3 seconds.
- Once you see “LOW”, short press “MENU” until you see “WI EN” and press “SELECT” until it changes to “APP”.
- Squeeze trigger to save changes.
- If needed, restart the Pro II gun and iPhone/iPad to refresh all settings.
Technical Support Guide
Note: The Pro II gun will only pair to one iPhone/iPad at a time. If you have connected the Pro II gun to another iPad/iPhone previously, the wireless pairing could be interrupted, especially if the second iPhone/iPad is within range of the gun.

You can use the Stalker ‘Pro’ series of radar guns. (Pro II+, Pro IIs, Pro 3s).
Can an app/phone pair to more than one radar gun?
Yes, but not simultaneously. You must disconnect your wireless device from a radar gun and repair the connection to a different gun.
Can one gun pair with more than one app?
Yes, the Pro 3s will allow up to 10 simultaneous iOS (iPhone & iPad) connections. The Pro II+ and Pro IIs will only accommodate 1 connection per radar gun.
